Eligibility:
This program is only available for registrants of the 2024 Science For All Summit and their guests.
Availability:
Registrants attending the 2024 Science For All Summit may purchase a ticket for themselves and up to 3 additional guests, for a total of 4 tickets. Guest names are optional, and they do not need to be attending the main Summit.
Capacity is limited. Tickets will remain on sale (as availability permits) until the day prior to the start of the Summit.
About the Program:
Join us the evening of Wednesday, February 28, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm for a captivating cultural event, "An Evening of Many Eyes," hosted at Morehead Planetarium and Science Center. This unique experience will feature engaging presentations by book authors and scientists, spoken word performance in the fulldome theater, hands-on creativity examining the art of crafting corn husk dolls, and light hors d'oeuvres. Plus, we will offer a private showing in the fulldome theater of our newest show, "One Sky, Many Eyes”. Registrants have the option to extend this invitation up to three additional guests by purchasing add-on tickets for $10.00 each. Whether they are friends, family, spouses, or children, everyone is welcome to be part of this engaging cultural evening. We are excited to share this memorable experience with you!
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Registrants who cancel their primary registration for the Science For All Summit and are eligible for a refund of Summit fees will also be eligible for a refund of tickets to the reception.
Otherwise, all ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available for absent guests or unused tickets. Morehead reserves the right to waive part or all of this refund policy in the event that the program is cancelled due to severe weather or other unexpected circumstances.
