This registration form is intended for speakers and steering committee members receiving individual complimentary registration. Please do not share this registration link with others.

The registration includes 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, and digital access to Summit resources including presenter slides and handouts. CEUs may be available for qualifying participants.  

The daily schedule for the Summit follows:

• Thursday, February 20, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Friday Conference Center
• Friday, February 21, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm, Friday Conference Center  

You can only register one participant at a time with this registration form.
