Topic: 
Catalysts play an important role in our everyday life, from running your car safely to making plastics. Our bodies even contain thousands of catalysts that keep us alive everyday. Learn about the cutting edge of catalysis, understanding how scientists design, compare, and control catalysts for important reactions through hands on activities and demonstrations. 

About our presenter:
Andrew Camp is 5th year graduate student studying Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He grew up in Greensboro, NC and made the long trip to Winston-Salem to study Chemistry and Latin at Wake Forest University. He enjoys video games, soccer, and playing with his 6 year old daughter in his spare time.
